Who are we? Michael’s Maintenance & Appliance Service Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated business. Serving the upper Florida Keys since 1995, our service area ranges from Duck Key to Ocean Reef Club. We are committed to caring for our customers’ needs with honesty and integrity at a fair price. We are a factory-authorized repair center for all major brands of appliances. We also sell, deliver, and install new and used appliances, including wall air conditioning units.
With six technicians on site everyday, we are able to offer same-day service on refrigerators (some restrictions apply).
